Labette Community College’s Spirit Squad to host its fourth bingo night fundraiser

The Labette Community College (LCC) Spirit Squad is planning its bingo night fundraiser starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 8, in the Cardinal Event Center, 13th and Main.

This is the fourth year for the fundraiser. The event, which is open to the public, promises an food, bingo and community fun for nearly any age.

Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with a taco dinner donated and prepared by Parsons Taco Mayo, followed by bingo games starting at 6 p.m. Tickets are $15, which includes dinner and two bingo cards. LCC students can attend at a discounted rate of $10 with a student ID. There will also be a silent auction, homemade desserts and a 50/50 raffle drawing. Tickets can be purchased online athttps://www.labette. edu/athletics/spiritsquad/bingo.html or in-person at the LCC Business Office, 2nd floor of the Student Union from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

The Spirit Squad, composed of LCC students, brings energy and enthusiasm to campus and community events yearround. Proceeds from the fundraiser will support the squad’s activities, helping them acquire new uniforms and essential supplies for the season.
